Summary:Objectives: To compare three treatment modalities for the management of myofascial pain of jaw muscles. Methods: Thirty (N = 30) patients with low pain-related impairment were randomly assigned to receive laser therapy (LST), oral appliance therapy (OA), or counseling (CSL).
