HEAT TRANSFER ENHANCEMENT AND DRAG REDUCTION IN MAGNETOFLUID-COATED CHANNELS
Analytical and numerical studies were performed using a tow-viscosity magnetofluid coating for a channel with laminar flow of the nonmagnetic heat carrier. The coating makes it possible to simultaneously increase the heat transfer rate and reduce the hydraulic resistance in the channel.
