Summary:A new repetitive injector providing an unlimited amount of pellets has been designed for plasma fuelling applications. A screw extruder was used for a continuous extrusion of a solid hydrogen rod for one hour of steady-state operation. Over one thousand of 2 mm pellets were produced continuously at the rates of 1 and 2 Hz and accelerated to 0.8 km/s.
