Summary:Influence of cation substitution on structure parameters, microstructure, dielectric, ferroelectric and local piezoelectric properties of (K 0.5 Na 0.5 )NbO 3 ceramics additionally modified by Li + and Mn 3+ cations (up to 10 at. %) have been studied. Changes in dielectric properties and effective d 33 piezoelectric coefficients were observed depending on compositions of solid solutions.
