Summary: | In this study, silver nanoparticles production was performed by the green chemistry the Zanjan gold mine. The formation of nanosilvers was primarily confirmed by observation of color changing from colorless to brownish and UV-visible spectroscopy after 72 h of the reaction. The XRD spectrum exhibited 2θ values corresponding to silver nanocrystals. TEM and SEM micrographs showed the extracellular formation of spherical silver nanoparticles in the size range of 30-150 nm by Penicillium chrysogenum and extracellular formation of cubical silver nanoparticles in the size range of 50-200 nm by Penicillium expansum. |
