Summary:This paper describes the development of an algorithm for comprehensive assessment the quality level of real estate objects based on multicriteria estimation. Existing approaches to assessment and two main groups of parameters are noted. The module of pre-processing and structuring of records about real estate objects based on text processing is presented. In addition the task to indicate suspicious real estate ads is considered and an algorithm of the solution based on image processing is presented. Conclusions are made about the problems and prospects of applying the proposed approach to the assessment the quality of real estate objects.
