Summary: | To resolve the problem of the connectedness of the territory of the Russian Federation we need the implementation of scientific and technological solutions, for the development and implementation of which we form complex scientific and technical programs and complex projects of the full innovation cycle. To effectively solve the problems of spatial development of the regions of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to introduce new technologies to ensure energy, transport, information and socio-cultural connectivity of sparsely populated and hard-to-reach territories. Information connectivity of the territory can be ensured through the creation and use of information and analytical systems for remote monitoring of objects and resources on the territory of the state. |
