Summary: | We investigated the basic properties of Mn-Zn ferrite thin films fabricated by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) for the purpose of controlling their saturation magnetizations (Ms) and electrical resistivities. The Ms and the electrical resistivities of fabricated samples varied with their compositions and the post-annealing conditions. It is indicated that the compositions and partial pressure of oxygen in the annealing atmosphere influence to the properties. |
