Summary:Based on corrosion big data and user demand, this paper provides a passenger car corrosion resistance evaluation model with strong practicability, operability, and good discrimination. Considering the three dimensions of time, the number of problems, and severity, the corrosion resistance of the whole vehicle is comprehensively evaluated through appearance, function (primary evaluation index), and coating scratch (bonus item), to reflect the advantages and disadvantages of automobile corrosion resistance with quantitative score value. It aims to provide a yardstick for evaluating the corrosion resistance of automobile products and technical support for reasonably improving the anti-corrosion quality of automotive products and help the industry effectively control the corrosion problems of passenger cars.
