Summary: | Evaporator plays a key role in indirect refrigeration system, so improving the efficiency of evaporator is of great significance to improve the overall performance of refrigeration system. For the plate and shell evaporator, the reliability of the model is proved by numerical simulation of the existing evaporator and comparison with the experiment. An improved scheme is proposed for the existing evaporator, and the improved model is simulated and analyzed. The result shows that compared with the previous model, the improved model improves the heat exchange efficiency, reduces the pressure drop, and improves the overall efficiency of the evaporator. |
