Summary: | Pressure measuring instruments in the process of use, the accumulation of oil and dust will produce irreversible harm to the pressure instrument. High-pressure water jet cleaning technology to clean the oil can clean off most of the dirt. Now, based on the VOF multiphase flow model, the k-ε turbulence model is simulated for the jet flow rate, and the efficiency of oil flushing by different velocities and different frequency jets is quantitatively studied by numerical simulation for different working conditions. With the increase in speed, the higher the efficiency of oil cleaning; when the pulsating jet input is used, the frequency and cleaning efficiency are not proportional. The pulsating jet has more advantages in cleaning efficiency compared to the constant flow. |
