Summary: | This paper introduces the application of infrared thermal imaging detection technology in LDAR detection, then the various components of the chemical equipment are detected by infrared photography, and the leakage situation is analyzed. The following conclusions are drawn: The bolt preload of the flange connection is not balanced, which is easy to cause partial leakage. A large number of test data show that the larger the flange size, the greater the leakage. Because of the lack of effective non-destructive testing methods for nozzle fillet welds, infrared testing technology can be adopted for important equipment in use, which can find penetrating buried defects and reduce the risk of equipment use. |
