Inhomogeneous metal oxide films with a fractal structure as an object for observation of quantum size effects

The energy spectrum of charge carriers in inhomogeneous metal oxide films is studied. The principle of specifying the potential on the boundary of nanomaterial/substrate, nanomaterial/atmosphere is demonstrated using the theory of fractals. The energy of the dimension quantization levels in the tin...

Description
Summary:The energy spectrum of charge carriers in inhomogeneous metal oxide films is studied. The principle of specifying the potential on the boundary of nanomaterial/substrate, nanomaterial/atmosphere is demonstrated using the theory of fractals. The energy of the dimension quantization levels in the tin dioxide films with a fractal surface is numerically assessed.
