The possibility of statistically eliminating systematic errors of replicated mould surfaces in evaluating their quality
When assessing the quality of the mould surfaces, the basic problem arises that, for reasons of dimensional form, it is often impossible to carry out a quality assessment of its surface. Summary: | When assessing the quality of the mould surfaces, the basic problem arises that, for reasons of dimensional form, it is often impossible to carry out a quality assessment of its surface. A surface impression of mould, called a replica, is then performed, which is then evaluated instead of the original. However, the question remains, how exactly the replica is made and, above all, how it transmits information about the mother surface. This article describes a method of statistical evaluation and, above all, a method of assessing the correlation accuracy of the mould surface and its replica at the individual parameter level and by ISO 4287 and ISO 4288. |
