Summary:In the Russian Federation, the housing problem is one of the strategic and top-priority goals of the state's social and economic policy. The indicators of housing supply prove that low-rise buildings created by means of large-panel housing construction technology can become a solution to the housing problem in the Russian Federation. Today, the technology of large-panel housing construction has opened up completely new prospects for the construction sector, combining all the advantages of industrial mass technology and providing originality and individuality of architectural solutions. In this context, switching from institutional to personal discursive design will help to increase the investment attractiveness of low-rise construction projects.
