Summary:Abstract Background There is only a limited range of data on comparison of therapy for all three phenotypes of chronic heart failure (HF). Purpose In a prospective survey, to determine and compare pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment for three phenotypes of chronic HF– HF with reduced, mid-range and preserved ejection fraction (HFrEF, HFmrEF and HFpEF). Methods The survey was performed by 115 cardiologists and 46 internists. Consecutive outpatients diagnosed with chronic HF aged at least 18 years were enrolled. There were no exclusion criteria. The HF phenotypes were defined according to LVEF: HFrEF – LVEF
