Summary:Nine insecticides were evaluated to determine efficacy on corn earworm in soybean. Materials were applied as foliar sprays Jul 28 with a handpump B*G knapsack sprayer at 50 psi delivering 7.75 gal/acre. Plots consisted of 8 rows, 30 ft long with the middle 6 sprayed. A randomized complete block experimental design with 4 reps was utilized. Treatments were evaluated 5 days following application by taking two 1-m shake cloth samples from each plot.
