Studies on nucleolus and nucleolar chromosomes in angiosperms. XI. Plantago L

The number and morphology of nucleotar chromosomes is described for 11 species of Plantago. The possible significance of interspecific differences in number and morphology and their potential value in phylogenetic studies are discussed.
