Summary:This article is described with a view of supplement to the paper published by the author in the previous issue.1) An intensive electron bombardment was carried out with a very thin vacuum evaporated film made by a new atomic replica method proposed by the author, and the resultant effect on the replica image was studied. The resolution of new atomic replica was experimentally measured. An actual measurement value of 25 *Aring was obtained.
