Pen Dosemeters Electronic Read Unit

A pen dosemeter read unit has been developed. The low cost reader makes use of an optic RAM, interfaced to a microcomputer, as a digital, solid-state image sensor. Images of the fibre with the reticle of the dosemeter are shown and automatically read.
