Silent Myocardial Infarction Discovered during lndium-111 White Blood Cell Imaging
During the work-up of femoral artery bypass graft infection, unexpected localization of ln-111 WBCs was noted in the myocardium. Electrocardiogram and serum enzyme measurements confirmed that the patient recently has had a silent myocardial infarction.
