In the title compound, C 9 H 10 N 2 , the two pyrrole ring planes are twisted by a dihedral angle of 69.07 (16)° and the C—C—C methane angle is 115.1 (2)°. In the crystal, molecules are connected into layers in the bc plane by N—H...π interactions.
