Summary: | This paper addresses the need to efficiently fuse data from multiple sources and effectively control and monitor the distribution of the data in a dynamic service-oriented architecture based command and control system of systems. We present an architecture framework consisting of two software architectural patterns and an auto-fusion process to guide the development of distributed and scalable systems to support improved data fusion and distribution. We demonstrate the technical feasibility of applying the patterns and process by prototyping an auto-fusion system. |
