Summary: | The Non-Uniform Random Waypoint (NU-RWP) mobility model has recently be proposed as a potential mobility model for the study of wireless mobile networks. However, it is difficult to obtain the waypoints distribution of NU-RWP in most practical situations. In this paper, we analytically derive the relationship between waypoints distribution and the number of hosts' arrivals that could be detected by sensors. An estimation scheme using supervised learning algorithm is proposed to simplify the evaluation of the distribution function. Simulations are carried out to verify the correctness of our proposed scheme. |
