Summary: | A new on-chip unequal Wilkinson power divider (WPD), developed on a silicon-based integrated passive device (IPD) process and parametric model, is proposed. The central operating frequency is at 4.8 GHz for sub-6G applications. The design process achieves a balance between circuit simulation efficiency and full-wave simulation accuracy based on the parametric model. The size of a fabricated sample for the proposed unequal WPD is 1.6\times2.1 mm 2 . A good agreement between the simulated and measured results is achieved. |
