Fostering Professionalism in Software Engineering: An Early-Exposure Approach

In this article, we advocate for an early-exposure approach to professionalism in software engineering. We believe that it is important to start preparing students for the “culture” of software professionalism from early on, which gives them a competitive edge in their careers.
