Correction to "Commutativity of Immersion and Linearization" [Apr 09 826-829]

In the above titled paper (ibid., vol. 54, no. 4, pp. 826-829, Apr 09), an incorrect denominator was shown in equations (3)-(5). The correct versions of these equations are presented here.
