Summary: | The discovery of new methods of purely optical ultrafast excitation of spin waves led to the creation of the first optomagnonic gate XNOR. However, with the help of XNOR alone, it is not possible to perform all types of logical operations. In this work we demonstrate the way to realize two optomagnonic gates -NOR and majority gate. Micromagnetic simulations are used to estimate the requirements for such type of logic gates. Each of the resulting gates forms a complete set of logic gates and possesses the same advantages as XNOR, giving the more versatility for further ultrafast light modulated application of logic gates. |
