Four Multiply Separated Positions in Coplanar Motion
The combination of infinitesimally and finitely separated positions in coplanar kinematics is investigated. Each combination requires a separate analytical treatment based on the fundamental concepts of Krause [1] and Bottema [2]. The combination considered in this paper is three infinitesimally sep...

Summary: | The combination of infinitesimally and finitely separated positions in coplanar kinematics is investigated. Each combination requires a separate analytical treatment based on the fundamental concepts of Krause [1] and Bottema [2]. The combination considered in this paper is three infinitesimally separated and one finitely separated position. The result is a cubic curve having very similar properties to those already existing in the literature. |
