Summary: | Temperature formation in a porous medium of nonuniform permeability under short-term heating of a well is studied by numerical simulation of the inflow of fluid to the well with allowance for the Joule-Thomson and adiabatic effects. The difference in permeability of the nonuniform region and the reservoir was shown to result in the emergence of nonmonotonic angular and radial temperature distributions. |
