Description
Summary:The adsorption of peroxidase was studied on ten silicate adsorbents, aluminosilicate, and alumina. It was shown that its value depended on both the parameters of the porous structure and the nature of the adsorbent. The maximum adsorption values were obtained on biporous silicate adsorbents and biporous aluminosilicate. It was established that the adsorbed peroxidase layers on these adsorbents had the best catalytic properties as well. It was shown that the specific activity of the enzyme depended on the degree of the surface filling.
