Description
Summary:Films obtained from aqueous solutions of chitosan succinamide sodium salt are studied. It is found that the process of water vapor sorption by polymer films proceeds in an anomalous mode and the diffusion coefficients of water and the dioxidine drug in the films depend on the thickness of the samples and the concentration of the polymer in the initial solution. It is assumed that the dependence of the diffusion coefficients on the film preparation conditions is determined by the difference in the supramolecular organization of the films formed under different conditions, as well as by the difference in the surface roughness of the films.
