Summary:The polycrystalline copper(II) chloride-1.5-dimethyltetrazole (CuCl 2 L, where L is 1.5-dimethyltetrazole) complex compound is investigated with the methods of extended x-ray absorption fine-structure (EXAFS) and x-ray absorption near-edge structure (XANES) spectroscopy at the K absorption edge. The data on the complex structure are compared to the results of x-ray diffraction study.
