One method of solving this problem is the television and acoustic analysis of the state of nanomaterials. The structure and operational principle of a multifunctional intelligent optoacoustic microscope, as well as methods for the nondestructive testing (NDT) of nanomaterials, such as wavelet analysis and acoustic analysis, are considered.
