Summary:The temperature-frequency dependences of the real and imaginary parts of the complex permittivity ɛ* of the PbFe 1/2 Nb 1/2 O 3 ceramics have been studied. It has been shown that, in the paraelectric phase, the relaxation extrema are formed in the dependences. An adequate description of the experimental spectra of ɛ* is possible using the model of an insulator with the distribution function of the relaxation times in the shape of a rectangle.
