Influence of MgO substrate treatment on the structure-sensitive properties of epitaxial films (by the example of iron films)
A new technology of growing thin single-crystal MgO films on the MgO crystal surface using the method of chemical transport reactions is developed. The quality of deposited sublayers is checked with the structure-sensitive properties of iron epitaxial films.
