Summary:Dependence of initial reaction rate on the initial composition of reaction mixture in the systems of Na 2 CO 3 -V 2 O 5 , Na 2 CO 3 -Fe 2 O 3 , and Na 2 CO 3 -AgCl at different temperature was studied. In all the cases is found a minimum in the degree of transformation at the stoichiometric ratio of the reagent. A model is proposed for the description of the obtained dependences based on the representation of the reaction mixture as randomly moving spherical grains of reagents.
