Comparative assessment of the effect of dicarboxylic acid salts on the contact corrosion of metals in an aqueous-glycolic solution

Corrosion behavior of a number of materials in aqueous-glycolic solutions of sodium salts of dicarboxylic acids was studied. New formulations of ethylene glycol-based antifreeze agents possessing good anticorrosive properties are suggested.
