F at potentials of 2–14 V was demonstrated and substantiated. The method of cyclic voltammetry was used to study electrochemical processes in electrolytes based on ethylene glycol and glycerol. Results obtained in an analysis of the structural, chemical, and physicomechanical properties of the titanium nitride layers obtained in the study are presented. |
