Cycloheptatriene in the reaction of ene synthesis with diethylazodicarboxylate

The rate of an ene reaction between cycloheptatriene and trans -diethylazodicarboxylate in 1,2-dichloroethane was studied at various pressures and temperatures. The results obtained were compared with kinetic parameters of some other reactions.
