Summary:The paper deals with a simulation of the time-space stochastic structure of sea surface undulation and extreme ocean waves. Some numerical algorithms of conditional spectral models of random fields and models of time series with observation data are constructed. The frequency of occurrence of extreme waves is estimated on the basis of the theory of outliers of random processes and fields.
