Reactions of silicon fluorides with some non-metal hydrides

The reactions of SiF 4 , Si 2 F 6 , and SiF 2 with PH 3 , CH 3 PH 2 , (CH 3 ) 2 PH, (CH 3 ) 4 P 2 , HSCH 3 , and HSi(CH 3 ) 3 have been studied. Several new compounds resulting from insertion of SiF containing units into PH, SH, or SiH bonds have been identified.
