Aminomethylation of N-propargylphosphoramides. Synthesis of unsymmetrical acetylenic diamines

The preparation of N-alkyl-N-(4-dialkylamino-2-butynyl)phosphoramides 3 using the Mannich reaction is described. The acidic hydrolysis of those phosphoramides leads to unsymmetrical acetylenic diamines 4 .
