Description
Summary:STEM graduates are must for economic needs. The present study aims to evaluate the potential effects of various yogic activities yogasanas, pranayama, and meditation on STEM undergraduates by testing stress level and self-regulated learning through a 12-week yogic activities intervention program. A pre-test and post-test randomized group design will be adapted to get the desired outcome of the study. The intervention will consist of different yogasanas, pranayama, meditations techniques and a combination of asanas, pranayama, and meditation against a control. The results of the study will help demonstrate how yogic activities enhance self-regulated learning, heart rate variability, and reduce stress, blood pressure, and heart rate among the STEM undergraduates, which would help them in academic achievement and life-long learning.
