Summary:A simulation scheme was developed for the dynamic transport behavior of a number of laterally coupled double quantum dot cells. A simple one dimensional model was used for the wavefunction dynamics analysis and solving the electrostatic potentials. Behavior prediction and performance evaluation (i.e. settling time, frequency response) have been obtained. The developed simulation strategy allows the calculation of state transit times along chains of coupled quantum dots.
