Description
Summary:Nanocomposites RbNO3-A and LiClO4-A (A = MCM-41, SBA-15) were prepared and investigated by electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, small-angle scattering, thermal analysis and their conductivities were measured. It was shown that in contrast to LiClO4, rubidium nitrate distributes into the oxide matrix non-uniformly. Both RbNO3 and LiClO4 transforms to amorphous states, leading to the absence of heat effects associated with melting and other phase transitions and disproportionately strong decrease in intensity of all X-ray diffraction peaks. It was found that the addition of SBA-15 with relatively large pores (7 nm) results in much higher increase in the conductivity of RbNO3 than the doping with MCM-41 additive with smaller pores (3.5 nm).
