X-ray Quiz: An Old Lady with Abdominal Pain

The case of a 73-year-old lady who suffers from multiple diseases and was admitted to hospital with abdominal pain and vomiting is discussed to better understand the appropriate diagnosis and treatment for caecal volvulus. The radiological abnormalities for the same are also highlighted.
