Summary:The incidence of primary intracranial mixed germ-cell tumor varies geographically. Preoperative diagnosis is of great importance in treatment planning. We describe the clinical and MRI findings of a case of mixed germ-cell tumors in the suprasellar region with emphasis on the imaging characteristics suggesting the histological diagnosis.
