Summary:The purpose of this article is to illustrate a rare case of a pericardial hemangioma of the right atrioventricular groove of incidental discovery in a tennis player who presented with cough and dyspnea and was treated by surgical excision with a favorable outcome. We also report the role of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis and management of this pericardial tumor.
