The genome sequence of the small yellow-legged robberfly, Dioctria linearis (Fabricius, 1787)
We present a genome assembly from an individual female small yellow-legged robberfly, Dioctria linearis (Arthropoda; Insecta; Diptera; Asilidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 1,613.20 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 5 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial gen...

Summary: | We present a genome assembly from an individual female small yellow-legged robberfly, Dioctria linearis (Arthropoda; Insecta; Diptera; Asilidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 1,613.20 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 5 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 18.4 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 12,074 protein-coding genes. |
